    Hillman Lassi is soon going to be launched in a new gen pack which will give 30 days shelf life without any refrigeration.

    Hillman's is searching for able and well experienced Distributors for its Flavoured Milk- MILKOOZ in Siliguri and other areas of North Bnegal, Bihar and Assam.

Company Profile

NRS Agro Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in the year 2005. The company manufactures and markets its products under the brand name of “Hillman” which is a Registered Trademark. The manufacturing plant is located at Dabgram Industrial Estate in Fulbari, Siliguri. The Plant has an installed capacity of 16200 KLs of Fresh Milk per annum and 390 KLs/MTs of other milk products per annum. The milk that is being processed in the Plant comes from its own Village Level Collection System in Bihar under the name of Navin Dairy Private Limited and another Village Level Collection system is being set up in Berhampur, West Bengal directly from the farmers. Only Quality milk selected by Dairy Technologists is forwarded to the Plant for further processing and Packaging. Milk is being transported from these collection centers by its own fleet of Tankers. This milk is also being sold in bulk to various dairies in Jharkhand, Assam, Bhutan, Nepal, etc. The Company recently launched its major product in the market by the name of “Hillman’s Long Life Milk”. This product is aseptically packed in sterile environment in high thickness pouches in such a way that ensures removal of harmful bacteria in milk. This gives the packed milk a shelf life of 30 days in normal room temperatures. This product is proving to be a revolution in the industry as it is providing a cheap alternative to the costly Milk Cartons available in the market. It also saves the cost of refrigeration and helps save energy and time of the local consumer. The Company is moving forward to establish market of this milk in North Eastern States of Assam, Meghalaya and Sikkim where there is a shortage of quality milk. The Company has moved forward with the plans of doubling the production capacity of this milk and introducing a wide array of products in Long Life Category like Lassi, Flavoured Milk and Cold Drinks. The Company is also seeking export opportunities to neighboring countries like Bhutan, Nepal and Bangladesh.

This will be attained by maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices in the factories and a congenial working environment for its employees. The Company’s vision is to be a responsible member of the society and give to the society what is expected by it. All activities of the Company shall be aimed at alleviating welfare of all its Stakeholders and upliftment of the society at large.

Management Team

The Company is being managed by Shri Kamal Mundhra. He has a 25 year experience in the Dairy Industry. He started the brand “Hillman” from the scratch in the year 1990. Since then there has been no looking back and the graphs have always seen the sky. The Company’s new products and manufacturing techniques are only the result of his vision and a thirst of knowledge and doing what has not been done before. Nimit Mundhra, aged 22, had joined business at the age of 19 and is giving the operations a modern makeover. With a new zeal to take the company forward , he is taking an active part in the Company’s management and seeking new horizons. Smt.Urmila Mundhra is also actively taking part in the Company’s business and looking after HR Management, Advertisement and Finance. The success of the Company could not have been achieved without the help of its employees and workers in the plants and the offices. The management always strives to ensure a healthy and congenial atmosphere of work for its employees.
